Condolences

We express our deepest condolences to Sister Sandice on the demise of her beloved father,  Mr. Cheo Cheak. Please remember the family in your prayers.

SK25 Combined Anniversary Service

What a day of celebration it has been! Last Sunday, we gathered for our SK25 Combined Anniversary Service and saw an amazing turnout of 1,060 people.

We want to give thanks to God for His goodness and provision, even down to the small details, like the lift that did not break down despite the heavy use! Truly, He carried us through.

One member remarked, “For the first time in the history of SKMC, we had to activate the overflow room before the service even started!” What an incredible testimony of God’s work in our midst.

A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer who made the service possible:
– the choir and musicians who lifted our worship,
– ⁠the AVL technicians who worked faithfully behind the scenes,
– ⁠the speakers and ushers who guided and welcomed,
– ⁠the traffic marshals who kept things running smoothly outside,
– ⁠the merchandise booth helpers who served joyfully,
– ⁠the teardown crew and cleaners who tidied up after the celebrations.

This was truly the body of Christ in action. Each role mattered, and together, it became a beautiful offering to God.

We also thank God for new and old friends who came together, a true homecoming reunion of SKMC across the years. What a powerful reminder that this is God’s house, built on His faithfulness and grace.

To God be the glory for SK25, and may we continue to serve, love, and pass on the faith to the next generation.

2025 Last Local Conference

The Last Local Conference for 2025 will be held on 4 October 2025, 3pm, in Sengkang Methodist Church, Room 4-2. Members of the local conference are reminded to be present for the meeting.

SK25 Faith Event – Prayer Walk

As a continuation of our 3-2-1 Community Prayer Experience, we now step out together in faith with a Prayer Walk on 27 September 2025.

This is more than just a walk, it is an opportunity to:
– Pray for our neighbourhoods: Fernvale, Anchorvale, Compassvale, and Rivervale.
– ⁠See the needs of our community first-hand.
– ⁠Ask God to plant seeds of faith and compassion in our hearts.

We encourage you to register as cell groups or families and walk together!

Special routes and prayer stations will be available for those who may find longer distances difficult.
