We thank God for the Chinese DISCIPLE I & II classes that officially set sail last Sunday and Saturday respectively. We praise God for the teachers and students He prepared, and especially for the DISCIPLE I (two-year course) which we are doing for the first time in SKMC. All Glory to God.

Seeking God’s Vision for SKMC

As part of our ‘Season of Visioning & Giving’, we invite you to join us on a profound spiritual journey to seek God’s Vision for SKMC for the next 30 years!
To ensure your voice is heard, our leadership is eager to engage with you directly through group dialogues. Over the next two months, our age level ministries will be organising special sessions to listen to your concerns and insights, as well as what God has revealed to you.

Details regarding these sessions will be shared through the respective ministries.

We are particularly eager to hear from three specific groups:

1. Parents with Young Children [via Zoom]
   • Date: 2 November 2023
   • Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
2. People with Disabilities (PWDs) & Family [via Zoom]
   • Date: 9 November 2023
   • Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
3. Tertiary Students & Staff [On Site]
   • Date: 10 December 2023
   • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

CAC Day of Prayer for Families

Date: 21 October 2023
Time: 10 am – 12 pm
Venue: Zoom

The CAC Day of Prayer for Families is an annual gathering organised by the Board of Family Life (BoFL). This year, we are in partnership with the Board of Laity (BoL) to spend time together with fellow brothers and sisters in our CAC churches to uphold families before the Lord in prayer.

With the continual breaking down of marriages and families and the repeal of 377A in our Penal Code, much is at stake, especially among our young. Hence, this year’s theme for DOP for Families is “Reclaiming Families for God.”

We invite leaders, parents and members in our CAC Churches to come and pray in unity and ask God to:

1. Strengthen marriages,
2. Strengthen parent-child relationships and
3. Strengthen understanding of gender and sexuality

The time to reclaim families for God is NOW!

If you are looking to be baptised, transfer membership or be confirmed during the upcoming Christmas service on 24 December 2022, please register for the baptism class.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
• Year 2024: studying in government/aided Primary School or Secondary School
• Per Capita Income not exceeding $800 or Gross Household Income not exceeding $3,200
