Office Admin Assistant
Job Description:
- Report to Office Executive
- Prepare weekly order of service and bulletins for Mandarin and Hakka Services, including announcements and other necessary details.
- Design promotional materials and prepare worship services for special events, such as Mid-Autumn festival gathering, CNY reunion dinner, etc.
- Assist ministry leaders/members with ministries matters and administrative tasks.
- Any other administrative work assigned by pastors and reporting officer.
