Ohana Sunday Thanksgiving
Last Sunday, SKMC celebrated Ohana Sunday as one church. We are filled with thanksgiving to our God and to everybody who readily gave their time, resources and energy to coordinate, setup and do all the necessary preparations to make Ohana Sunday a memorable and meaningful one for all in SKMC.
We rejoiced as our youth and children with special needs served in different roles during the worship service and we pray that one day, this will become the norm in the church, where our brothers and sisters with disabilities will serve alongside their peers and they will take their place in ministry and in leadership, demonstrating God’s sufficient grace in their lives and may all glory be to God.

CBE Thanksgiving

We thank God for the successful completion of CBE 2022—Loving God by Loving Each Other. We are grateful for the experience of God’s love and the opportunity to express God’s love for all the participants through CBE 2022.
We would also like to thank God for the opening of a new chapter for the transformational small group by CBE 2022.

YABF: Romans

The 47th Session of The Chinese Annual Conference

The 47th Session of The Chinese Annual Conference will be held from 14 – 17 November 2022 at Ang Mo Kio Chinese Methodist Church (1 Ang Mo Kio St 21 Singapore 569383).

The details of the Opening and Closing services are as follows:

Opening Service
Date: 14 November 2022 (Monday)
Time: 7.30 pm

Ordination, Retirement, Appointment cum Closing Service
Date: 17 November 2022 (Thursday)
Time: 7.30 pm

There will be no live-streaming for both services.

All CAC church members are invited to join the physical services at Ang Mo Kio Chinese Methodist Church.

Rev Dr Nathanael Goh will be ordained during the Closing Service.

Please pray for wisdom and good health for CAC President, Ministerial, and Lay delegates throughout the Sessions.

Back To School: Thrift

Do you have uniforms you can’t fit into anymore? Assessment books that you’ve barely touched? Or received too many stationaries during Christmas?

ACES is having a bazaar on the 27th November, and they will be collecting pre-loved items that are in working or wearable condition on 13th and 20th November.

They are also looking for clothes rack and willing hearts and hands. If you are able to lend your clothes rack or serve on these dates, please contact Michelle.

Board of Youth Ministry – Finding Your Place

Are you a young person thinking about the next season of your life? Are you feeling a bit lost and directionless? Wondering what to do after graduation? Join us at FYP!

FYP is a 3-month full-time discipleship program organised by the CAC BOYM and Sterling Campus. It will take place from 9 January to 24 March next year, every Monday to Friday. For more information, go to www.cacboym.org
