Loving Families Sunday (30 Apr) & Loving Families Carnival (1 May)

This May, invest in your family in a special way! Save the date and join the wider CAC family at the CAC Loving Families Carnival to be held on 1 May 2023. Let us affirm and commit ourselves to the values of marriage and family as instituted by God. Take the opportunity to bond with your family over fun, love and laughter as you enjoy food, games, performances and more.

Entry Tickets

• The Carnival is a ticketed event, and the number of tickets is limited. Entry tickets are not for sale, so we encourage you to obtain yours early.
• The Carnival is a special occasion exclusively for church members, their families, and friends. If you plan to invite someone, kindly ensure that you accompany your invited guest to the carnival.
• Please be aware that you will need to present a physical entry ticket to enter the carnival premise. This is a necessary security measure that ensures the safety of all attendees.
• The tickets are non-transferable, so please ensure that you attend the event personally with the ticket issued to you.
• Walk-ins are not allowed, so please ensure that you have obtained a ticket before coming to the Carnival.
• Every attendee aged 5 and above must have an entry ticket (with serial number) to enter the premises on the day of the event.
• Physical tickets will be distributed in April, so please keep an eye out for further information on when and where to collect your ticket.
• You may indicate the number of tickets you need via Church Centre, where you can also find more information about the carnival

Church Camp 2023

Date: 11 – 14 June 2023 (Sunday – Wednesday)

For families who are planning to room with their child(ren) between the age of 3 – 11 years old, do note that there have been some changes in the rooming configuration. You may refer to the updated graphics posted in the lift and Level 1 notice board, and they are also accessible via the event’s information on Church Centre.

Board of Family Life: Counselling Skills for Personal Development & Ministry

This is a highly interactive course designed to enable church leaders, ministry leaders, group leaders, youth & adult teachers and all who are interested in caring/helping ministry to develop an overall appreciation of counselling, along with the basic skills that are needed to help those in need in the church and community.

Dates: 13, 20 & 27 April, 2, 11 & 18 May 2023 (6 Sessions)
Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Venue: Toa Payoh Chinese Methodist Church
Cost: $180 per participant
Includes two textbooks: Christian Counselling: A Comprehensive Guide (3rd Ed) by Gary R. Collins and Intentional Interviewing and Counselling (10th Ed) by Ivey, Ivey & Zalaquett
