2nd Offering
The Methodist Church practices an itinerant system where pastors commit to serving in whichever church or ministry they are appointed to. CAC Sunday reminds us that our churches belong to one annual conference, that is, CAC!
The Special 2nd Offering collected this Sunday goes toward CAC’s Central Pooling Fund, which supports CAC’s pastoral, board and ministry expenses. Thus, we appeal to the support and generosity of church members to give lovingly.
“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).
May the Lord continue to use CAC and all of our churches for His mission of salvation to all who believe.
SKMC turns 25!
This year, we reflect on God’s faithfulness and look forward with five guiding themes: 记, Agape, 代, Faith, and Grace.
Over the next few months, each theme will be explored through a dedicated Sunday, featuring videos, prayer walks, outreach booths, and shared moments of worship and service.
Save the date for our SK25 Combined Service on 14 September 2025, a celebration of our story and our future together.
Stay connected via our WhatsApp Channel and Instagram (@skmc.sg) for more updates.
Community Prayer Experience
Day of His Power – Friday, 8 August 2025
We warmly invite you to join us right here at SKMC on Friday, 8 August at 8pm, as we host the nationwide prayer gathering – Day of His Power.
This is a sacred time when churches all across Singapore come together in worship and intercession on the eve of National Day. Let’s stand in the gap for our nation—in faith, unity, and love.
Come ready to host others, and to praise God for Singapore.Mark your calendars—you won’t want to miss this!
Community Prayer Experience – Week 4
We’re now in Week 4 of our 6-week Community Prayer Experience!
Let’s continue to GLOW in Christ’s love together as one church family.
We thank God that 150 small groups are faithfully praying each week—praise the Lord!
If you’ve been journeying with us, keep going—just 2 more weeks to go.And if you’ve not joined in yet, it’s not too late. Let’s keep growing deeper in prayer as a community.
Prayer Cards – Banner of Praise and Thanksgiving
As we draw near to the close of the Community Prayer Experience and prepare to launch into our SK25 celebration, we invite everyone to take part in a special expression of thanksgiving.
We’ve prepared Prayer Cards for you to write down your prayers and thanksgivings—for Singapore, SKMC, your families, the next generation, and to give thanks for Prayer 321.
There are 8 beautifully designed cards for you to choose from—each one representing a different focus of praise and prayer. You can collect the cards at the table on Level 1, write on them, and hang them directly on the Banner of Praise and Thanksgiving.
You’re also encouraged to bring some home and fill them in during the week as the Lord touches your heart. Feel free to distribute them to your cell members as well, and return all completed cards next week.Let’s fill God’s house with praises, prayers, and stories of His goodness!
